Swim - 1 hour after your official start time.
Bike - 3 hours after your official start time.
Run - 5.5 hours after your official start time.
Entire Course – ALL athletes must complete the entire course within 5.5 hours or their timing chip will be removed and they may be deemed DNF (Did Not Finish).
Minimum Age
18 for individuals and 17 for teams.
Race Pack Collection
You can collect your race pack and bib on Saturday 6th March 2:00PM-6:00PM; or on race day 9:30AM-11:00AM
Prizes & Medals
All finishers will receive a finisher medal. 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age group will receive a podium medal.
