TERMS & CONDITIONS

After reading and understanding the refund, transfer, and credit policy, participants are required to submit all requests in writing to office@eliteenergy.com.au for consideration.

You must provide confirmation that an online registration for the event in question has been completed.

Timeframes are calculated from the day of the event.

REFUND POLICY

Request for an Event Refund can be processed as follows:

  • Up to 8 weeks prior to the event – 75% of the entry fee is refundable
  • between 4 and 8 weeks prior to the event – 50% of the entry fee is refundable
  • Between 1 and 4 weeks prior to the event – 25% of the entry fee is refundable
  • Within 7 days of the event – no refund available

Please note: No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event under any circumstances.

TRANSFER / CREDIT POLICY

Requests for event transfers or credits can be made under the following conditions:

  • Must be requested at least 7 days before the event
  • Transfers/credits are valid for up to 6 months
  • Transfers can be made to one event only, of equal or lesser value
  • If transferring to a higher value event, the balance must be paid
  • If transferring to a lower value event, no refund or credit for the difference will be given
  • A $10 administration fee applies
  • Transferred entries are not eligible for refunds
  • If transferring to a shorter distance event within the same festival, no refund or credit for the difference in price will be given
  • No transfers between athletes are permitted

Please note: No transfers or credits will be issued within 7 days of the event under any circumstances.

You must provide confirmation that an online registration for the event in question has been completed. Once confirmed, a new registration confirmation will be issued. The transfer is not considered complete until this confirmation has been received.

FAQ’S – WITHDRAWALS

Q: Can I get a refund or transfer if I contract, or am exposed to, COVID-19? 
A: COVID-19 is and will be a part of today’s society, and Elite Energy will treat COVID-19 the same as any other illness or disease that would exclude you from participating in our events and we will follow our stated guidelines for refunds and transfers.

Q: Can I get a refund or transfer to another event AFTER the event registered has passed? 
A: No. ALL refunds and transfers must be made within the time frames as outlined above.

Q: Can I get a full refund if I provide a medical certificate?
A: No. We will not make any exceptions for athletes that can provide a medical certificate or any other documentation.
